Did you the favor in decompressing it, and I found references to common Windows EXEs, but completely unrelated to any battleNet bot.
Those that are not aware, MOV is used to transfer data from one location to another. This is after accessing the internet to obtain a file 'readme', which ironically does not come with the package.

It's such a waste to even war nowadays, hell most of the general group of gamers moved onto SC2. The only thing fags who still war are targeting are mostly idling clan channels.

Well I had a talk with Helm and he explained that it was an old EXE and it was code he forgot to comment out that was an infinite loop to launch those files; apparently he was testing what his computer could handle. After he explained this to me he immediately pasted the code which I believe he did not just randomly write.

Another person also supplied me with an updated EXE which I went through, and found no obvious harmful intents.

The person could just be overall bored out of their mind, some people flood/load for jokes. I like it whenever someone is flooding lyrics from a good song, at least it's somewhat entertaining.
