Not sure if you care, but businesses like Machinima and RoosterTeeth will be most likely shut down from this.

I watched that video last night and I think its stupid. Like that guy said, its fine to want to protect your copyrighted stuff but, that just seems to be pushing it just a little too far. I also do watch commentators on YouTube, RoosterTeeth, and some of Machinimas stuff, it would suck to see them get run out of buisness

Indeed. Machinima is an awesome channel at discovering awesome game commentators.

So much great games out there today and to take this away would hurt like half of Youtube.

Lots of awesome CoD gameplay.
I must know all secrets to every game.

It won't happen...

and there will always be freedom of the press, and I believe there is a law that is a loophole that lets people use copyrighted materials for educational purposes, and a strategy in a gameplay would e considered, to my belief, as an educational purpose, so I'm not sure if that's what they are trying to change or what is going on, but it doesn't matter, because, it won't pass...
